Travel Counsellors homeworkers have the chance to win a place on a cruise with the agency’s biggest global incentive programme yet.
Running throughout June, TCTravelfest aims to drive momentum during the key summer lates trading period.
More than 2,200 agents from across the globe are grouped into teams of up to 50 and led by dedicated team captains.
Captains – drawn from the TC and support colleague communities – will be tasked with motivating their teams and encouraging collaboration, camaraderie and business success.
Participants will take part in weekly booking challenges, earn points based on key business metrics such as bookings, margin, customer care and performance in the lates market. They can track their progress via a live leaderboard.
The ultimate prize for the winning team is an all-inclusive Caribbean cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), departing from Miami.
Additional spot prizes and recognition opportunities will be offered throughout the programme to celebrate continued effort, collaboration and results.
