With a 26-year heritage, we were the pioneers in supporting entrepreneurial travel professionals to run their own businesses. We support our members in helping them care for customers and set – then smash – their business goals.

While our fees and commission split have remained the same for a quarter of a century, our agents continue to innovate by flexing the model to suit their customers and ambitions. As well as working from home, Travel Counsellors now work in shared office spaces, in teams, employing assistants, or transitioning from their bricks-and-mortar store to work remotely with us.

The support we offer is all-encompassing – there are no starting prices, add-ons or extras. Everyone has access to marketing and commercial support to create outstanding customer experiences, backed by the protection provided by the company’s financial trust.

We’re continuously investing in technology to support seamless booking and travel experiences. And while we celebrate digital support, we never let go of the human touch. The myTC account and mobile app, which lets customers get in contact at the tap of a button, is the perfect example of how technology is enhancing the personal service we provide.

Travel Counsellors is a safe, secure environment for talented travel professionals, climbing to 48 in The Sunday Times’ Top Track 250 in the UK’s list of the mid-market companies with the fastest-growing sales.

We’ve also twice topped MoneySavingExpert’s consumer poll of companies looking after customers during Covid-19, and won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for the third time, proving that trusted travel experts have never been more important.
