Riviera Travel is returning its ‘Primed for Peaks’ module for agents for a second year to help prepare them for the turn of year booking period.
The initiative goes live on the Riviera Explorer trade platform on Wednesday (November 26) in response to agent feedback.
The module is designed to give agents the tools they need to make the most of the busiest sales period of the year.
‘Primed for Peaks’ brings together campaign assets, top-selling holidays, key selling tips, and marketing resources.
Ten agents who complete the Primed for Peaks module, plus all other Riviera Explorer modules by December 17, will receive a £100 M&S voucher.
The peaks module also highlights Riviera’s digital trade assistant Riva AI, which shows agents how to make the most of 24/7 support, product knowledge, sales tools, social content and marketing resources.
