Lata is to move its annual Expo event to the Cotswolds as it targets a 10% increase in delegate numbers in 2026.
The 2026 Lata Expo will take place from June 8-10 at the De Vere Cotswolds Water Park and will coincide with the first match of the 2026 Fifa World Cup in Mexico.
The 12th edition of the event took place at the De Vere Beaumont Estate near Windsor last week and welcomed more than 300 exhibitors and buyers for a programme including a conference, one-to-one business meetings, an interactive thought-starter workshop, a gala dinner and award ceremony, and a dedicated sustainability summit.
Guests included more than 100 exhibitors from across Latin America including tourism boards, lodges and accommodation suppliers, tour operators, expedition cruise companies and airlines.
Danny Callaghan, Lata chief executive, said: “We will be opening applications for exhibitors for Lata Expo 2026 in the autumn and will be looking to increase delegate numbers by 10%.
“With all eyes on Mexico for the opening ceremony of the World Cup next year, we look forward to creating our 13thLATA Expo and bringing together Latin American exhibitors and buyers.”
