Consumer behaviour expert Nathalie Nahai has been added to the line-up of guest speakers at this year’s Abta Travel Convention in Majorca.

These include how to adapt to AI and automation; the psychological dynamics behind evolving consumer behaviour; the challenges of engaging millennials and Gen Z; how to harness self-determination; the role of social identity in social media; identifying and expressing values with coherence, ethics and integrity; resonant communication and marketing; brand resilience and reputation; and how to ethically apply behavioural science principles to enhance platforms, content marketing, product design and customer experience.
The convention takes place on October 6-8 at the Calvia Beach Resort.
