SunExpress, a joint venture between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, is expanding its UK network to connect five British airports with destinations in Turkey this summer.
It will offer flights from Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, and Edinburgh, in addition to its existing Luton services, with up to seven weekly direct flights and one-way ‘teaser’ fares from £59.
Destinations will be Antalya, Dalaman and Izmir on the Turkish Mediterranean coast as well as Ankara and Gaziantep in Anatolia.
Peter Glade, SunExpress’ commercial director, said: “Travellers from our five airports are longing for well-deserved vacations in the sun at a great price point.
“We are very pleased to offer attractive and direct connections to the most beautiful destinations in Turkey again in the coming season.”
The flights are already for sale on the sunexpress.com website, or via tour operators and travel agencies.
SunExpress will serve Antalya from all five British airports and offer flights to Dalaman from Gatwick and Manchester.
The carrier will connect Izmir, Ankara and Gaziantep to Luton.
