Aito confirms Switzerland for 2026 ‘famference’

The 2026 Aito ‘famference’ is to be held in Switzerland.

Saas Fee has been selected as the host destination for the event on June 18-21, 2026.

Flying into Geneva or Zurich, Aito agents and operators will take a train to Visp for a 45-minute bus transfer to Saas Fee where two hotels will accommodate delegates.

The trip wil be open to a maximum of 40 people, plus travel trade media and Switzerland Tourism hosts.

Aito executive director Martyn Sumners said: “When Switzerland Tourism suggested Saas Fee, we were excited – but we had no idea, prior to our inspection visit, just how wide a variety of experiential options there would be for members of the Aito family to sample and with which to tempt future clients to visit. 

“We believe that this is a brilliant opportunity for Aito specialist travel agents and tour operators alike to see – and experience for themselves – some of the many exciting options available for keen travellers that are available in Saas Fee and in Switzerland as a whole, and we thank Saas Fee Tourism, Travel Switzerland, Switzerland Tourism hugely for their efforts in arranging such an interesting, and action-packed, fam trip for Aito.”
