Constantinou Bros Hotels bolsters trade team as agent sales rise 20%

Former ITC Travel Group trade partnerships executive Vicky McGlynn has joined the UK trade team at Constantinou Bros Hotels.

She becomes sales manager for the north for the Cyprus-based group as part of a restructure that sees Mark Richardson promoted to UK and Ireland head of sales.

He will oversee the existing four-strong trade sales team.

McGlynn’s previous experience includes roles at Carrier, Kuoni and Co-op Travel, where she started as an apprentice in Manchester.

The hotel group’s sales and marketing director Alex Babic said: “We are investing in the travel trade as our hotels have seen a very healthy increase of almost 20% in 2025 from the UK market. 

“We owe much of this increase to the travel trade who support us and acknowledge our hard work, which is reflective of the various trade hotel awards in the last couple of years.

“We are currently working on new developments at the five star Asimina Suites and the addition of Vicky McGlynn to our trade sales team will be able to further develop our trade links at the luxury end of the market.”
