Globe Travel Awards 2026 special winners revealed

 

The travel industry’s leading suppliers and destinations have been celebrated at the 2026 Travel Weekly Globe Travel Awards in London.

 

Multiple winners including Jet2.com and sister operator Jet2holidays, which won a combined three awards including the coveted Best Trade-Friendly Brand honour.

 

New awards categories included Supplier Representative of the Year, which was won by Riviera Travel’s Lloyd Morris.

 

The Globe awards are based on thousands of votes from the travel agent readers of Travel Weekly, with a selection of special awards open for nominations and entry from suppliers.

 

This year’s ceremony took place in association with headline partner Hearst UK at the Grosvenor House hotel in central London in front of a sell-out audience of more than 1,200 guests.

 

The awards were presented by broadcaster Jonathan Ross and Travel Weekly Group editor-in-chief Lucy Huxley, while entertainment included performances from Beverley Knight and Tinie Tempah.

 

Special awards were presented to Seabourn UK and EMEA vice-president Lynn Narraway, who won the Outstanding Achievement Award, and G Adventures managing director Brian Young, who won the Unsung Hero Award for his charitable work for the Planeterra Foundation and Abta LifeLine.

 

Eurostar won the Sustainable Future Award and Travelsphere & Just You was named Best Employer, while Ocean Florida won the Travel for All Award for the third year running.
