Just Go! Holidays has expanded its festive programme for this winter with new six-day European breaks and extra departures over the festive period.
The biggest expansion for winter is in the operator’s European programme, which has 15 additional tours of different durations, following strong bookings so far this year. Europe sales are up 40% year on year from January to date.
The enlarged festive programme includes seven new six-day breaks, the first time the operator has offered this duration in its Festive programme.
These are designed to offer a slightly slower pace so clients can see more and enjoy more experiences while away.
New trips include a Christmas Markets of the Black Forest and Alsace coach break that includes Strasbourg, Freiburg, Colmar and Mulhouse plus several towns in the Black Forest, from £599.
Also new is a Christmas Truce & Belgian Markets break by JG Explorer coach, from £649. This includes a visit with a Battlefields guide to northern France where soldiers famously held a festive truce to exchange greetings, sing carols and play football.
Claire Dutton, trade sales manager, said: “We’re expecting a bumper year for our festive breaks this winter and if the current demand for Europe is anything to go by, then our additional products will be very popular.”
The new programme also includes three new coach options of eight days. They all depart on December 22 and include A White Christmas in the Dolomites from £949; Christmas in Provence from £1,099 and a Christmas Cruise on the Rhine priced from £2,199.
The operator has also launched two new departures over the festive period to Cyprus for the first time alongside existing trips to Benidorm. It is offering 15, 22 or 29 day holidays to Paphos or Limassol, departing on December 16, with prices from £1,399 for 15 days or £1,899 for 22 or 29 days.
A range of new UK tours have also been added including a three-day The Spirit of Christmas Show and Blackpool Illuminations break, a five-day Legends of Liverpool & historic Chester twixmas trip, and a five-day Christmas in Glorious Yorkshire break.
