The Travel Network Group buys Just Travel Group

The Travel Network Group has acquired homeworking agency Just Travel Group.

The move, which brings 30 travel agents into TTNG’s homeworking group Independent Travel Experts (ITE).

Just Travel founders Michelle Sinclair and Vanessa Knights will join TTNG’s homeworking head office team, reporting into ITE managing director Kai-Yin Knapp.

The Just Travel homeworkers will continue to operate under the Just Travel brand as part of ITE.

Just Travel was launched in 2023 and recruited agents nationwide, with a model focused on a close and clear support structure to help individuals grow their businesses.

TTNG chief executive Gary Lewis called the acquisition a “natural step” for the group as it continues to invest in its homeworking division.

He said: “We are delighted to welcome Just Travel into The Travel Network Group. Michelle and Vanessa have built a strong and supportive model, and one that reflects the values we care deeply about: great customer relationships, quality support and helping businesses grow.

“This acquisition is a natural step for us as we continue to invest in our homeworking proposition, including the imminent rollout of our new Vision technology across the ITE network.

“This marks a real step forward in the tools and support available to our homeworkers, helping us build on the strength and reputation of Independent Travel Experts while creating even more opportunity for our community to grow and succeed.”

Just Travel founders Sinclair and Knights cited TTNG’s technology as a key reason for joining TTNG.
