Holland America Line’s flagship Rotterdam has returned to service after a two-week dry-dock in the Netherlands.
The Pinnacle Class ship underwent changes to its public areas and staterooms, including the addition of new sofa beds in 22 Vista Suites to bolster quadruple occupancy options.
More seating has been added to Billboard Onboard and the Rolling Stone Lounge, while the central lounge has been redesigned and the Crow’s Nest has received a new live music stage.
A bandstand and live music stage have also been added to the Sea View Pool on deck nine.
New carpeting was added in all staterooms, guest corridors and public areas, with updated furniture, flooring and wall covers applied to public areas in addition to more flexible seating being installed in the main dining room.
The Greenhouse Spa & Salon were modernised and the casino expanded with 20 more slot machines, refreshed seating and updated carpeting.
Sailings on Rotterdam are included in the Anniversary Sale which runs until June 1 and offers up to $400 onboard credit per stateroom on departures until spring 2027 on voyages from four to 69 days.
A sample sailing on the vessel in the upcoming season is the 14-day Arctic Crossing & Northern Cape departing on August 30 from Rotterdam and leading in at £2,589.
