Norwegian Cruise Line is providing 2% bonus commission to boost bookings via the UK trade during wave.
The base commission hike will be available for three months from the new year.
The move to drive more trade sales came as the line confirmed that it is abolishing non-commissionable fares (NCFs) in the US, Canada and other countries but not the UK.
A spokesperson said: "The best commercial structure is always under review. However, the UK is currently not among the countries which will see NCFs removed."
NCL vice president and head of UK & Ireland Gary Anslow said: “For 25 years, Norwegian Cruise Line has demonstrated unwavering commitment to travel partners and agents through our Partners First philosophy.
“At its core is ‘investment in our travel partners’, and we continually seek new ways to help them succeed - through training, enhanced sales tools, and competitive commissions.
"While the removal of non‑commissionable fares (NCFs) is a market‑specific initiative for the United States and Canada as well as select other countries, we’re proud to support our valued UK travel partners with a bonus commission for the upcoming wave season.
"From 1 January to 30 March, partner base commission will increase by 2% starting with the first booking.
“This initiative is designed to meaningfully support UK trade during the peak booking season and reward efforts to drive sales of NCL’s distinctive Europe deployment for the summer season - an offering that continues to resonate strongly with UK travellers.”
