SunExpress has become the official airline partner of Crystal Palace Football Club.
The Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines joint venture leisure carrier has signed a multiyear deal with the FA Cup-winning Premier League football club, which starts from beginning of the 2025-2026 football season.
The deal will involve collaboration on a range of projects to enhance the fan experience and promote both brands across the UK and beyond, the airline said.
Exclusive benefits will include the opportunity to win SunExpress tickets to Turkey and special Crystal Palace experiences such as VIP tickets to matches and “money can’t buy experiences”.
The deal also includes extensive LED profiling at the club’s Selhurst Park ground in Croydon, London, while SunExpress will also feature on pitch-side screens at all Crystal Palace’s Premier League home matches as well as cup home matches.
During games, LED boards inside the stadium will showcase SunExpress’ flights to Turkey out of a range of UK airports, including Gatwick, to destinations including Antalya, Dalaman and Izmir, and from summer 2026, Bodrum.
It will also highlight other departure airports across the UK and Ireland such as Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow and Dublin, and include this in campaigns on social media and digital channels.
Later in the season the airline is also planning to develop a special Crystal Palace livery for a SunExpress aircraft, with fans getting the chance to vote on their favourite design to be applied to the aircraft.
