Team Lincoln to recruit 140 staff

NORTH East-based travel agent Team Lincoln is recruiting 140 new staff for its call centres across the region.

The company, which specialises in last minute deals available on the Internet and Teletext, plans to take on the staff between January and April 2001, in time for the summer holiday season.

Team Lincoln, which has call centres in Sunderland, Middlesborough, Leeds, Peterlee and Newcastle, recently announced a £5 million increase in turnover as a result of Internet sales.
