Hays Travel is giving employees £100 for every year they have worked at the company as it celebrates its latest sales milestone.
Dame Irene Hays revealed that the company has reached £3 billion in sales – one month ahead of the end of its financial year on April 30 – in a video message shared with staff today (March 20).
To celebrate reaching the milestone, the agency will pay out millions in bonus payments to its 4,500 staff.
All personal travel consultants and Explorer franchisees meanwhile will receive a shopping voucher for every year they have been a Hays Travel member.
Hays Travel’s total transaction value (TTV) for the 2024 financial year was £2.55 billion – an increase of 17% on the same period in 2023 (£2.19bn), with group profit before tax (PBT) £73.4 million.
