James Villas has added more than 3,200 new properties in Croatia as part of its “significant” expansion in the country.
The villa specialist said it now offers the broadest collection of managed Croatian properties of any UK supplier.
Part of managed vacation rental company Awaze, James Villas has focused growth over the past two years on accommodation-only holidays in Europe.
It now offers more than 7,000 properties at a range of price points.
Dave Woollcott, commercial director, said: “The new Croatia properties have been added to our inventory from sister company, Novasol.
“Croatia is a hugely popular destination with UK customers and we know there is significant demand for more choice of accommodation, across the breadth of this beautiful country.”
Most of the villas are in Istria, with others in Split, Dubrovnik and the Dalmatian Islands such as Brac and Hvar.
Prices for seven nights’ accommodation start from £279 in low season. A family villa with a private pool in August costs from £829.
