Tui adds two new Spanish destinations to city-break range

Tui has added the Spanish destinations of Sitges and Malaga to its range of city break holidays.

The operator said bookings for its city breaks have grown by about 30% each year and these latest additions bring the total up to 51 cities.

Sitges is a coastal town famous for its 17 beautiful beaches, nightlife and cultural events such as LGBTQ+ Pride celebrations and its February Carnival.

Further south, Malaga features 30 museums, including the Picasso Museum, and provides a base from which to explore the Tajo gorge in Ronda or the Caminito del Rey walkway.

Neil Swanson, Tui UK managing director, said: “We’re always looking for ways to inspire our customers, and adding Sitges and Malaga to our city break collection does just that.

“Sitges offers a unique blend of culture and coastal beauty, while Malaga is perfect for history buffs and beach lovers alike.

“Our city breaks span destinations as local as Jersey, and as far away as San Francisco, offering something for everyone – with Dubai, New York, Amsterdam and Barcelona proving our most popular.

“We are looking forward to another busy year ahead with more exciting destinations in the pipeline.”
