Balkan Holidays is to expand into Malta and northern Cyprus for the first time for summer 2024.
The destinations are in addition to its existing programme to Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro and will feature in the second edition of its main summer brochure, which launches today [Sept 26].
In Malta, the operator is offering a selection of resorts including Valletta, St Julians, Melieha, Bugibba, Sliema and Gozo.
In Northern Cyprus the resorts of Famagusta and Kyrenia are being featured.
The operator said the move into new destinations, the first for eight years, was based on the fact they were a good fit for the company and its customers.
National sales manager Lynsey Jones said: “Northern Cyprus is a wonderful holiday destination which is not offered by many tour operators, making it a major plus for us and our travel agent partners.
“For Malta, we are offering great value for money holidays and a variety of resorts and hotels that make us a genuinely viable option for agents when they are selling holidays to this very popular holiday destination.”
She added: “We feel these two new destinations align very well with our current offerings and will prove to be a very successful addition to our portfolio of products.”
Deposits can be made now for £125 with nothing else to pay until the balance due date.
