Fred Olsen Cruise Lines removes single supplement on select sailings

Fred Olsen Cruise Lines has scrapped the single supplement on selected cabin grades and sailings departing this year and in 2023.

Sailings included in the offer range from four to 19 nights, with regional departures from Liverpool, Dover, Tilbury, Portsmouth and Southampton.

The cruises, which run from September 2022 to March 2023, must be booked by September 1.

Solo travellers can book the France Short Break cruise which departs from Dover on September 23, 2022, for £399.

Ports of call include Rouen and Honfleur, both France.

Solo travellers can also book the 19-night Islands of the Canaries and Cape Verde voyage on Bolette, departing from Tilbury on December 2, 2022, with no single supplement from £1,999. They can choose between a superior twin cabin or a double cabin.

During the cruise, Bolette will call into Lisbon, Portugal, and Gran Canaria and San Sebastian, both Spain.

Clare Ward, director of product and customer service at Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, said: “Our solo offers always prove very popular, and it’s a great way for us to celebrate our first year since we resumed sailing again.”
