Escorted tour operator Travelsphere has launched a collection of wine-themed itineraries for 2026.
The four eight-day European tours, departing from June 2026 onwards, have been created to meet growing demand for specialist interest holidays.
Each itinerary features several wine tasting experiences, designed to showcase local ingredients and vinification methods.
Highlights of the ‘A Taste of Italy’s Veneto’ tour include a visit to Bassano del Grappa and the Poli Grappa Distillery Museum; the White Wine Road; the Euganean Hills wine region; Padua; Bardolino; and Soave. It costs from £2,199.
‘A Toast to France – Champagne and Burgundy’ starts in Reims and visits Troyes; Dijon; the Burgundy region; Chablis; and Sens. Prices start from £2,399.
‘Savouring Bordeaux and Dordogne’ begins in Bordeaux and includes Arcachon; Saint-Émilion; Perigueux; Dordogne; Bergerac; and the Lascaux Caves. It is priced from £2,399.
Starting in Bilbao is the ‘Flavours of Spain’s Basque Country and La Rioja’ tour. Highlights include visits to Hondarribia; the French Basque Country; Pamplona; La Rioja; Haro; and San Millán de la Cogolla. It costs from £2,299.
