Atlas Ocean Voyages has revealed the inaugural season itineraries for the newest addition to its fleet, Atlas Adventurer.
Suite sales open today (May 20), ahead of general sale on June 10. The collection of 16 voyages will feature Asia and Africa expeditions, marking a first for the cruise specialist.
The season will depart from Kobe, Japan, on November 6, 2028, sailing through southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, and eastern and southern Africa, before concluding in Athens, Greece, in spring 2029. Highlighted destinations include Indonesia, Thailand, Madagascar, and Kenya.
Expeditions range from eight to 21 nights, with options to combine voyages into extended journeys lasting between 40 and 128 nights.
To coincide with the launch, guests booking new suites can choose between an air credit of up to £2,300 per suite, unlimited Wi-Fi or a pre-expedition hotel stay.
Passengers making new Concierge Collection reservations can select two of these amenities, while those booking the Reserve Collection will receive all three. An online brochure of the new itineraries will be made available for agents.
President and chief executive James A. Rodriguez said: “This inaugural season is a defining moment for Atlas Ocean Voyages.
“With Atlas Adventurer, we are introducing entirely new destinations while staying true to our ethos of delivering deeply immersive, culturally rich journeys.
“These voyages are designed for discerning travellers seeking both discovery and refinement in some of the world’s most compelling destinations.”
