Classic Collection is preparing for its biggest-ever month of agent engagement during May, with a nationwide programme of activity for agents.
The B2B operator said the calendar of events is part of its “ongoing commitment to being the UK’s most agent-supportive operator”.
Staff from Classic will hold 11 Coffee Clubs across the country, offering agents the chance to connect with the sales team face-to-face in a relaxed, local setting.
Eight live product webinars will be held in May, and there will be ‘Take Two & Brew’ online sessions – new, short updates hosted by the sales team.
Each week, agents can also join Deal Hunting Live, a showcase of offers to help agents “stay competitive and maximise bookings”.
The regional sales team will make more than 400 agency visits during May, and the Classic Live Lounge event will bring more than 60 agents and suppliers together in Birmingham for an evening of networking and product insight.
There will also be activity held in partnership with airports to highlight the brand’s regional flying options and airline partnerships.
Two ‘Live on Location’ broadcasts will be made direct from Croatia and Turkey, offering real-time product updates and destination information, designed to bring the experience to life for agents and their customers.
The operator will also share hundreds of ready-to-sell deals, allowing agents to focus on converting more enquiries into bookings.
Jorge Quibell, head of sales at Classic Collection, said: “We’re making it as easy as possible for agents to engage, on their terms.
“From in-person events to quick online check-ins, we’re showing up when and where it suits them.”
