
A new live, TV-style holiday deal finding webinar by Classic Collection attracted more than 55 agents.
The first ‘Holiday Hunting Live’ broadcast saw the operator’s trade team respond to live holiday requests, using its agent-only booking site to source and share tailored offers instantly.
Agents submitted customer enquiries, including those with flexible destinations and fixed budgets, and received personalised holiday quotes on the spot.
The new format also demonstrated how agents can download branded offer posters for social media and send professional quotes directly to customers.
The online initiative was created to give agents greater confidence when handling weekend enquiries and to showcase the use of Classic’s booking tools.
Homeworking account manager Kim Sellman said: “We know pay day weekends are a key booking time, so this initiative is about being there when our agents need us most.
“As an industry first, it’s another example of how we’re continually investing in new ideas and smart tools to make life easier for our agent partners.”
