Constant Travel has strengthened its senior team as part of plans to boost its homeworking division.
The Leeds-based members of the Hays Travel Independence Group is accelerating plans for double-digit growth of its Personal Holiday Advisors (PHA) arm.
Further investment in the fast-growing homeworking division follows the company reporting record-breaking sales during 2026 peaks.
PHA has increased its base commission level to 70%, with agents able to achieve an “elite” 80% commission tier, along with payments after booking, no joining fees and freedom to dynamically package.
Two new appointments are designed to enhance sales performance, marketing capability and agent support across both Constant Travel and PHA, according to the company.
Helen Moughan joins as sales manager, bringing 25 years of industry experience having previously held business development manager roles run her own travel business.
She will oversee sales growth strategy and mentoring across the group, with a particular focus on supporting PHA members to scale their businesses.
Carly Faghy joins from Hays Travel as marketing executive as the company creates its first dedicated in-house marketing department.
She will lead digital strategy development and deliver tailored marketing support to the PHA network, including enhanced brand assets and campaign management.
The new arrivals come ahead of the PHA overseas conference in March, hosted at Constantinou Bros Hotels in Paphos, Cyprus, where agents from across the network will gather for training, supplier engagement and strategic updates.
