Travel Counsellors said it has reached a “major milestone” with the four millionth booking through its digital platform, Phenix.
The landmark booking was made by Chris Humphrey, a corporate travel counsellor based in East Sussex, who consistently achieves a 100% TC Score for service excellence.
Developed in-house, Phenix launched in 2006. It enables more than 2,200 agents across six countries to tailor-make travel experiences by combining flights, accommodation and other components, ancillaries and services into packages for leisure customers and corporate clients.
The platform includes TC Journeys which incorporates hundreds of curated itineraries and the continued trial of its AI powered assistant, TC Co-Pilot.
