G Touring brands Travelsphere and Just You have become bookable online through the same trade platform as G Adventures in a move spurred by agent demand and intended to appeal to homeworkers.
From today (Tuesday), agents will be able to use their Sherpa log-in details to book trips offered by G Adventures, TruTravels, Travelsphere and Just You.
Previously, agents wanting to make a G Touring booking had to call the contact centre.
G Touring trade sales director Tom Morgan said: “We’ve grown really well with retail agents, but we want to push hard to attract more homeworkers to the brands. We’re hoping this will make it easier for them to work with us.”
He added that homeworkers and the brands’ agent-led expert advisory team had called for the introduction of online booking, noting that the contact centre operates from 9am-6.15pm from Monday-Friday and from 9am-5pm on Saturdays.
He said the contact centre would not lose any resources and it would continue to aim to answer agents’ calls within two minutes on average.
Trade sales for the G Touring brands have grown by about 20% year on year between August 1, 2024 - July 31, 2025, he said, while last month produced year-on-year growth of about 40%.
“It was the best October in the brands’ history with the trade,” Morgan added.
“We’ve worked really hard to put both brands back on the map, because we fell off a bit during Covid,” he said, adding that 20% more brochures have been printed this year compared with last.
“We’re very heavily committed to growing through the trade,” he said. “We see ourselves as a brand that can grow rapidly, so we’re looking for significant double-digit growth again next year.”
Trade sales are the fastest-growing part of the business, with high street agents having driven the surge in the last year.
“We’ve probably grown more strongly with retail agents in the last 12 months, but we’re wanting to make sure it’s as easy for homeworkers to work with us – and the booking platform is the first step of that,” Morgan added.
The brands, which have doubled the size of their trade team in the last year to six people, intend to nearly double the number of fam trips they host next year.
