Jet2holidays extends suspension of Turkey programme

Jet2holidays has extended the suspension of its Turkey programme.

The operator had cancelled holidays up to and including October 17 after the government removed Turkey from its travel corridors list last week.

The resumption of Turkey services has now been pushed back to November 1, Jet2 confirmed in an update to travel agents.

All holidays departing up to and including October 31 will automatically be cancelled and refunded.

Jet2 boosted capacity to Greek islands that are exempted from UK quarantine restrictions when it suspended its Turkey holidays, citing demand from customers for autumn breaks.
