Belinda Vazquez to leave Tui after 25 years with operator

Tui’s director of customer sales and service Belinda Vazquez will leave the company at the end of June.

Vazquez joined the operator more than 25 years ago as a trading assistant and has since held positions and leadership roles across commercial, purchasing, aviation, sales and distribution.

She was named retail director for the UK and Ireland in 2018 before being appointed director of customer sales and service in 2021, a role in which she oversees the retail estate, contact centre, operations and crisis and property and facilities. 

Vazquez has made the decision to leave Tui to “pursue a fresh challenge outside the company”.

Bart Quinton Smith, director of marketing and sales, said: “Belinda has been a driving force at Tui throughout her tenure and has made a positive impact on everyone she has worked with from colleagues to agents.

“Her passion and tenacity will be missed by everyone at Tui and we wish her the very best for her future endeavours.”

Vazquez will remain in the role until the end of June.
