How to Enter

Entering is simple:

Make a HX Expeditions booking to any destination between 1^st January – 23^rd March 2026.

Register your booking here before 23rd March to be entered into the draw to win a place on the HX Expeditions Mega FAM.

Every booking counts — the more you sell, the more chances you have to win.

This is your chance to step onboard, gear up and experience HX Expeditions the way your clients do.

Visit forms.office.com to register your booking and you could be sailing this May.

Terms and conditions

Eligible bookings must be new FIT HX voyages departing in 2026, 2027 or 2028. To qualify, at least one eligible booking must be made and a deposit paid during the incentive period, running from 1 January 2026 to 23 March 2026 at 12:00am GMT.

Entries must be submitted via the designated Microsoft Forms link, where details of the eligible booking must be provided. All entries must be received by 23 March 2026 at 12:00am GMT in order to be validated. All bookings will be verified by the HX team. Once validated, the HX team will contact successful entrants to confirm their place.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold. The prize is subject to availability and is based on a tour onboard MS Fridtjof Nansen, sailing 5–7 May 2026, in a USP cabin grade or higher. Agents will be required to share a twin cabin for the duration of the voyage.

The prize package includes return economy flights from London Heathrow to Hamburg.

Only one prize place is available per individual. Group bookings, Interline rates and Agent rates are excluded from this incentive.

By completing and submitting an entry via the Microsoft Form, entrants confirm that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
