Amman added by Wizz Air from Luton airport

Amman in Jordan is to be served by a new Wizz Air service from Luton airport before Christmas.

The budget carrier its also raising frequency on its route from Gatwick to Tel Aviv from six to seven flights a week from November.

The new route to the capital of Jordan starts on December 13 with three fights a week with one-way fares starting at £35.99.

Wizz Air UK managing director Marion Geoffroy said: “We are thrilled to announce this new route from London Luton to Amman as well as increased frequencies on our existing Gatwick to Tel Aviv route. 

“Amman offers a perfect introduction to the Middle East, whether it’s the authentic cuisine, incredible hospitality, or unique architecture, travellers will not be disappointed. 

“We are committed to offering our passengers even more choices for their holidays, alongside ultra-low fares, and high-quality service.”
