Norwegian Air is introducing flights between Gatwick and Gothenburg as part of an expanded summer 2024 schedule.
The Scandinavian low cost carrier will operate the service to the Swedish city with four flights a week from May 2.
A total of 40 new routes have been added to the network with nine new routes from Norway, 17 from Denmark, nine from Sweden and two from Finland.
New point-to-point routes between Malaga-Munich, Alicante-Munich, Riga-Corfu, and Riga-Tivat are also part of the schedule.
Basel, Lyon, Montpellier, Pristina, Zadar and Bari are among other destinations to be served.
The summer programme will comprise of 332 routes with 90 aircraft flying to 123 destinations.
Chief commercial officer Magnus Thome Maursund said: “Launching these new routes expands our network and offers our customers more choice.
“From our bases in Europe, we are also starting new point-to-point routes.
“We are looking forward to a busy summer season and to welcoming our customers on board.”
