Azamara Cruises uses feedback from guests to upgrade premium offering

Azamara Cruises has enhanced its premium accommodation with an upgraded collection of inclusions covering drinks, dining and other services.

The upgraded benefits will be applied automatically to new top suite bookings made on or after August 1, 2025, for sailings beginning April 1, 2026, and beyond.

The top suites include the Club World Owner’s Suites, Club Ocean Suites and Spa Suites.

David Duff, UK and EMEA managing director at Azamara Cruises, said: “Before finalising these enhancements, we reached out directly to many of our suite guests and carefully listened to what they value most.

“Their feedback played a key role in shaping this elevated suite experience, one that delivers greater convenience, personalisation and added value from the moment they step onboard.”

The enhanced inclusions comprise an ‘Ultimate Beverage Package’ – with unlimited top-shelf spirits, wine by the glass, craft beers, cocktails, and premium non-alcoholic beverages – and an Acamar Experience Dinner (formerly Best of the Best), described as “a chef-curated, multi-course culinary event paired with destination-inspired wines”.

Other added inclusions are unlimited Wi-Fi for up to two devices per guest and unlimited laundry.

Continued signature offerings include dedicated butler service, specialty dining in Prime C and Aqualina, Thalassotherapy Pool access, priority embarkation and others.

Azamara has also announced that Continent Suites (formerly Club Continent Suites) will now include unlimited Basic Starlink Wi-Fi for one device per person and upgraded wash and fold laundry, beginning April 1, 2026.
