Tailor-made tour operator Audley Travel will reshape its group executive board in January, following the decision of chief marketing officer Daniel Robb to step down from his position after six years with the business.
The newly created role of chief customer officer will be filled by Camille Beaufils who will join Audley on January 19 from Fever-Tree, where she is currently global marketing director.
Robb will remain at Audley in the chief marketing officer role until January 30.
Audley said Beaufils has more than 20 years of experience in developing brand strategies that drive business growth and has worked across multinational corporations, start-ups and leading creative agencies, with a portfolio that includes P&G, Diageo, Airbnb and Netflix.
Nick Longman, Audley Travel chief executive, said: “With Dan’s decision to move on, we have decided that the right structure for our group executive board is the addition of a new position of chief customer officer (CCO) which will play a pivotal role in shaping Audley Travel’s global marketing, brand, and client engagement strategy.
“I’m delighted to welcome Camille to Audley in this role, as she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise which will guide us in the next stage of our growth as a truly global brand in bespoke, tailor-made travel.
“I also want to take this opportunity to thank Dan for his outstanding contribution to shaping our marketing and brand strategy over the last six years.”
