Not In The Guidebooks has strengthened its trade support with three new recruits.
Former Classic Collection trade marketing and engagement manager Manisha Blair joins in a similar role.
She will lead the development and delivery of trade marketing strategy, partner engagement and campaign activity across key distribution channels.
Blair brings nearly a decade of industry experience, with previous marketing roles at AmaWaterways and The Travel Network Group.
The trade investment also includes two newly-created business development executive roles to support business development manager Vicky Edwards.
The positions will be filled by Lorraine Adams, previously business development manager at Sandals Resorts, and Vicky Lawrence, who moves from the sales reservations team.
Sales director Debbie Sowden said: “With 2026 set to be our biggest year yet, investing in the trade remains a clear priority.
“Manisha brings strong experience and a real understanding of how to engage and support agent partners.
“Strengthening our team ensures we continue to grow alongside the trade and give agents the tools and confidence to sell our private, immersive holidays.”
Blair added: “I’m excited to be joining Not In The Guidebooks at such a key stage of growth. There’s a clear commitment to the trade and I’m looking forward to building on that momentum and evolving the marketing strategy to support agent partners.”
Edwards said: “Creating these new roles allows us to increase our support for agents and build even stronger relationships across our partners.
“With Vicky’s internal knowledge and Lorraine’s trade experience, we’re well positioned to drive further growth together.”
