Ex-HX and Carnival executive Alex Delamere-White launches advisory firm

Former Carnival UK and HX Expeditions executive Alex Delamere-White has launched an advisory firm to support businesses at board level.

Delamere White Advisors is described as a “boutique advisory firm of senior commercial operators” which will offer services to private equity owners and corporate boards of consumer businesses.

The company said it will support businesses “when commercial performance has to step up – through a turnaround, a transition, or accelerated value creation”.

Delamere-White was most recently chief commercial officer of HX Expeditions and previously held a range of senior positions at Carnival UK, including vice-president of sales & marketing for P&O Cruises, vice-president of sales for P&O Cruises and Cunard, and UK head of sales for Princess Cruises.

Services offered by Delamere White Advisors include interim executive appointments, project leadership, due diligence and portfolio advice, and exit preparation.

The company said: “Around each engagement, the firm brings together senior commercial operators and specialist partner firms, drawn from a network built over years.

“We work from inside the business at operating-board level, doing the work rather than recommending it.
