G Touring named one of best workplaces for women in UK

G Touring, parent of escorted tour brands Just You and Travelsphere, has been named as one of the best places in the UK for women to work.

The tour operator was ranked in second place in the medium-sized business category in the ‘UK’s Best Workplaces for Women 2025’ list, compiled by Great Place to Work.

G Touring managing director Adam Kemp said: “This recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to providing an inclusive, empowering workplace for women at every level.

“From leadership roles to operational teams, we strive to cultivate mentorship, flexible working practices, fair progression and professional development.”

Employees responded to more than 60 survey questions, with 85% of the ranking based on what women reported about their workplace and also on how those experiences compared with men’s reports of the same workplace.

The remaining 15% was based on how well represented women are in the workforce and throughout management.

Kemp said: “At G Touring, we celebrate the diverse strengths and perspectives women bring to our business, from customer-facing travel services to strategic decision-making.

“Through our partners Planeterra and our Cares projects, we help women redefine their roles in society by providing life-changing access to education and job-training.

“This achievement is a testament to the culture we’ve built and the shared dedication of our female and male team members alike.”

In April, G Touring placed sixth in the medium-sized category for the UK’s best workplaces overall.
