Gold Medal is preparing to launch its peaks campaign The Holiday Sale alongside a trade incentive with a weekly prize of £1,000 in Farebank Rewards.
The operator, which confirmed the campaign will be returning on January 2, has created an online microsite featuring themed destination hubs, expert insight and downloadable assets, with a 96-page brochure also set to be mailed to agents.
To coincide with the campaign, the Grand Giveaway incentive will offer one agent per week £1,000 in Farebank Rewards across January and February. Anyone who makes a package booking between December 27, 2025, and February 28, 2026, can register for the prize draw.
Gold Medal marketing director Sarah Lancashire said: “The Holiday Sale is new, improved and encapsulates everything that Gold Medal does best. We’re ready to support our agents through what is set to be a bumper January and February, helping them to surpass their targets from day one.”
The peaks campaign will promote the tour operator’s “most sought-after destinations, resorts and airlines”.
Agents will be able to use window displays and social media channels to share 100 holiday offers with departures from regional airports.
The Grand Giveaway winners will be contacted directly, before the news is shared on Gold Medal’s Facebook page every Monday.
In addition to the Grand Giveaway, the Farebank Rewards scheme will remain in place for all package bookings throughout peaks and beyond. Agents can earn up to £1,500 in Farebank Rewards on every package booking they make, with the money paid instantly.
Lancashire added: “Our priority for the Gold Medal peaks campaign was clear; to deliver marketing that is inspirational, easy to digest and equipped with all the assets that travel agents will need to convert quickly and confidently.
“Every element of The Holiday Sale has been designed to cut through the noise and maximise performance during the busiest trading period of the year.
“Alongside this, we’ve strengthened our sales operations support by bolstering the number of colleagues in our sales centre, giving them specialist product training so that there’s always an expert at the end of the phone.
“Our agency sales team on the road are fully equipped to handle any query, big or small, and our offers and products remain firmly market leading.”
