Grecotel Hotels & Resorts has launched a 24/7 live chat support service to help agents “close sales faster and more efficiently”.
The function is available through the group’s dedicated agent Facebook page, Grecotel Trade Support, allowing users to privately message the UK sales team at any time.
The initiative has been introduced to streamline communication, provide real-time assistance and remove “common barriers” agents face when finalising bookings.
Agents can use the service to ask last-minute or urgent questions, clarify product details or availability, get guidance on Grecotel contacts and receive fast support to help close sales.
The team has pledged to respond “as quickly as possible” to ensure agents receive timely support “when it matters most”.
Briony Worrall, the company’s UK sales executive, said: “This new 24/7 live chat option is all about being there for our trade partners when they need us.
“We know that quick answers can make the difference between securing a booking or losing it, so Grecotel Trade Support has been created to offer fast, direct and reliable help.”
