Intrepid Travel has unveiled a range of short breaks designed for “time-pressed travellers” with departures from July 2026.
There are 10 new trips across Europe and Latin America, along with 45 “refreshed” itineraries worldwide, which takes the range to 82 trips.
The trips have been designed with small group size and most with a local leader, although there are 27 Independent Short Breaks for travellers who prefer a self-guided experience without a local leader.
There will be three new short breaks in Mexico, two in Guatemala and one in Costa Rica.
In Mexico, the four-day Mexico City Short Break starts from £825, the five-day Hiking in Mexico: Oaxaca’s Indigenous Highlands starts from £94 and the four-day Tulum to Chichen Itza Short Break leads in at £1,160.
In Guatemala, the four-day Tikal Guatemala and Belize Short Break leads in from £1,205 and the four-day Acatengo Volcano Hike & Antigua Short Break starts from £770.
The four-day Costa Rica Short Break: La Fortuna costs from £1,195.
There are also new shorter trips in Czechia, Italy, France and Austria.
The four-day Czech Republic Short Break: Prague & Culture starts from £1,305.
The four-day Venice and Treviso short break leads in from £1,350.
The five-day Paris and Normandy Short Break costs from £2,395.
The four-day Vienna Short Break prices start from £1,415.
