Wendi Hardy has joined Panache Cruises as events and customer loyalty manager.
She moves from Scenic and Emerald Cruises where she was national key account manager for nine years.
Hardy will help shape how the cruise agency engages, inspires and retains luxury cruise travellers.
She will lead the strategy and delivery of a programme of customer-facing events - both in-person and virtual - while also developing and managing loyalty and VIP experience initiatives.
Hardy will serve as the primary relationship owner for Panache Cruises’ top-tier customers, delivering a concierge-style experience designed to deepen relationships and encourage long-term loyalty.
Her remit includes overseeing the end-to-end loyalty programme, from tier design and exclusive benefits to member communications and working closely with cruise line partners.
Hardy will plan, curate and host signature Founders Cruises, acting as onboard host for VIP passengers.
