Seabourn is to mark its four decades as a company in 2028 with a special range of 40 sailings.
Originally formed as Yachts of Seabourn in 1988, the company is preparing to celebrate its Ruby jubilee in two years’ time.
Every cruise in 2028 will feature special onboard enhancements inspired by the anniversary.
A specially curated series of 40 Ruby Collection itineraries designed to reflect Seabourn’s “pioneering spirit” includes yacht harbour–focused Caribbean and
Mediterranean sailings, a ‘Cape to Cape’ world cruise, and new Japan and Southeast Asia cruises designed around seasonal cultural events.
The overall 2027-28 season of sailings has gone on sale, including 118 departures to 243 destinations in 45 countries.
The fleet will cover Alaska, Japan, Southeast Asia, the Mediterranean, the Baltic and northern Europe, the Caribbean, and Canada and New England.
The 120-day world cruise by Seabourn Quest departs on January 7, 2028, spanning five continents with destinations including Antarctica, Easter Island, the Falkland Islands and a Panama Canal transit in a nod to Seabourn’s first sailing.
President Mark Tamis said: "Travellers choose Seabourn because they want to genuinely connect with the places they visit.
"As we look ahead to our 40th anniversary, this collection reflects where we began and where we are going, combining our heritage of small ship luxury with new destinations and itineraries, new first-of-its-kind collaborations, and more opportunities to bring luxury and exploration together in an immersive way."
