Specialist Holidays Group unveils another Classic Collection recruit

Specialist Holidays Group has further bolstered its trade team with its third recruit from Classic Collection Holidays.

Chloe Turner will join the TravCorp Holdings-owned company as trade marketing executive on November 17, following the earlier recruitment of Jorge Quibell and Kim Sellman.

Turner will report directly to SHG sales director Simon Garrido and will work across the American Holidays, Citalia and Sovereign Luxury Travel brands.

Classic Collection was closed in September after owner On the Beach announced it would focus solely on its core B2C activities.

SHG said Turner’s appointment alongside the recruitment of Quibell as head of trade partnerships and Sellman as trade partnerships manager “strengthened its commitment to growing its business through trade partnerships and enhancing support for travel agents across the UK and Ireland”.

Garrido said: “I’m thrilled to welcome Chloe to the team. She brings creativity, energy and a deep understanding of the trade marketing landscape.

“Alongside Jorge, Kim and Luke Swarbrook, Chloe’s appointment enables us to further accelerate our trade strategy and deliver even stronger results for our partners.”
