Pat Cannell, an agent from Macallen Travel in Essex, has won £10,000 to spend on a holiday with Prestige Travel.
The operator launched the competition in May and all bookings made until the end of October were automatically entered into a prize draw.
Prestige has also announced its “biggest” ever voucher incentive called Happy Holidays, along with discounts for clients.
Cannell said: “I was delighted when Joe Lavers from Prestige called me with the news that one of my bookings to Canada was the winning booking. I was very surprised as I never win anything.”
Lavers, Prestige’s travel trade relationship manager (pictured), said: “Following this big incentive, we have opportunities for agents to win educational places, holidays and – for December – we are launching our biggest ever voucher incentive, Happy Holidays, which is coupled with offering client discounts of up to £200 to help agents secure more bookings.”
Prize draws include the chance for agents to win a six-night holiday to Tenerife for two for bookings to any Canary Island booked by January 9, 2024.
Agents can also have the chance to win an educational trip to Canada with Prestige Travel in March 2024. Bookings made from November to January 22, 2024, will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
Booking a Canada holiday is equal to two entries and any holiday from our other programmes is one entry.
The Happy Holidays incentive in December sees bookings being rewarded with Love2Shop vouchers that will be sent out immediately upon confirmation to the agent.
Any booking made under £5,000 value will receive £50, between £5-£10,000 will be rewarded with £100 and for those bookings over £10,000 in value the agent will receive £200.
Lavers added: “It’s great to see a range of incentives, from holidays to educational experiences and monetary rewards, catering to different preferences and interests among agents.
“The voucher incentive, in particular, stands out for its simplicity and immediate reward. The Love2Shop vouchers, given out upon confirmation of bookings, provide a tangible and quick gratification for agents based on the value of the bookings they secure.”
