Sally Henry has left her role as sales director of Hoseasons parent Awaze UK after 19 years with the business.
A spokesperson for Awaze said: “We can confirm that Sally has left the business and want to thank her for all her hard work and energy and wish her the very best for the future.
“We are currently looking to recruit someone into a new role which will cover managing our trade partnerships.”
In a post on social media, Henry paid tribute to colleagues and industry partners and said she would be taking the opportunity “to recharge and do a little homeschooling”.
She said: “I am sad to say that after 19 years my journey at Awaze has come to an end. I am lucky to be able to say that I loved my job and when I reflect on the past 19 years, I smile when I think of all the people I have met on my journey.
“To my team (past and present) – you are awesome. Your hard work, dedication and loyalty shaped the DNA for true team spirit and helped us travel an epic path.”
She added: “To all of our industry partners, I would like to thank you for your support and investment in our partnerships over the years.
“I wish all of my friends and colleagues at Awaze the very best of luck. To the rest of my contacts I look forward to seeing you when the world opens up. For now I’m going to recharge and do a little homeschooling…”.
