TTC Tour Brands to relax vaccination rule in 2023

Clients travelling with TTC Tour Brands from next January onwards will no longer be required to be vaccinated against Covid-19.

The rule remains in place for 2022 for the sister brands at The Travel Corporation, which are Contiki, Costsaver, Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold.

Hayley Van der Steen, sales and business development manager, said in an update for the trade: “Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters are highly recommended, but no longer required.

“Guests will still need to comply with specific vaccine and/or booster requirements imposed by airlines and/or authorities in the destination visited, as well as requirements for accessing restaurants and venues, which may be more restrictive than above.

“It is guests’ responsibility to ensure that they comply at all times with these requirements.

“No refunds will be given if guests are unable to undertake some or all of their holiday due to their failure to comply with these requirements.”

The policy will be in force from January 2023 but is subject to change at any time.
