Donna Jeavons is to leave The Travel Corporation (TTC) at the end of August to join Abercombie & Kent in September.
Currently she is managing director for the UK and Europe, TTC Tour Brands.
Gavin Tollman, president and chief executive of TTC Tour Brands, said: “We wish Donna well in her role, and want to thank her for being one of the agents of change as she took on responsibility for TTC’s Tour Brands under a singular structure, improving efficiencies and providing greater opportunity to sell tours for all of our trade partners.
“We are incredibly fortunate that our sales director Becky Francis has worked hand in hand with Donna for many years building our trade relationships, and she will continue to engage as we look for a replacement.
“We look forward to finding a managing director who has the innovation, agility, vision and creativity to grasp the opportunity that lies ahead of us all as we emerge from this post-pandemic period.”
Adam Armstrong, chief executive of TTC youth brand Contiki, added: “Donna has done incredible things with Contiki over her time at TTC, and I have also enjoyed watching her step up into a broader role looking after TTC’s touring portfolio in the UK. I wish her every success in her new role.”
Donna Jeavons, managing director of UK and Europe, said: “After eight fantastic years at TTC, it is time for a new challenge and I’m excited for my new role, but I leave behind a brilliant UK and Europe sales and marketing team, who I will miss very much and that I know will take the brands from strength to strength in this important market.”
