New leaders of the Visit USA Association (UK) have been confirmed.
Julie Greenhill, director at Greg Evans Consultancy, has been appointed chair of the Association and Andy Facer, director at 5F Marketing, as vice-chair for the next two years.
Greenhill steps up from being vice-chair of the organisation.
Ivan Beacom (Aer Lingus) and James Killick (Virgin Holidays) have joined the board of the association.
Chief executive Tracey Spuyman and operations and development manager Pamela Newman are both standing down.
The Association said: “Both have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic and leave the Association in a strong position to continue its work promoting travel to the USA on behalf of members.”
Two other long-standing board directors, Jody Hanson and Jonathan Sloan, have also left the board.
Sloan stood in as interim chair following the death of Sarah Lax last year.
“The Visit USA Association would like to thank them both for the huge amount of time invested, professionalism, commitment and accomplishments,” a statement said.
