Agents to win chance to attend Eurovision in Royal Caribbean competition

A ‘Book Your Way to Eurovision’ competition for travel agents has been revealed by Royal Caribbean International.

The initiative follows the line’s new partnership with The Eurovision Song Contest.

Agencies in the UK and Ireland have the chance to win a hosted trip to this year’s event in Malmo, Sweden in May in return for booking a 2024 or 2025 cruise.

Running until February 29, there are 34 spaces available for two nights including flights and a VIP hospitality ticket at one of four Eurovision events.

Agents need to access the line’s Club Royal learning and rewards platform to get started via a leaderboard system.

Once they have selected an avatar, they need to book a cruise to earn points.

Those at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the competition will win the top prize.

Four additional wildcard entries will be drawn at random during the competition, from all agents who have claimed at least one booking entered into the draw.

Royal Caribbean is also hosting Eurovision parties outside Sweden.

The agency that books and claims the most Royal Caribbean 2024-25 bookings for each one of seven regions will win their own Eurovision night out hosted by their sales development manager, including a £500/€500 budget.

Senior sales enablement manager Nicki Lewis said: “We know our agents are just as excited as us on this new partnership and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than by giving them a chance to be included in this amazing opportunity.

“This competition has been devised to give everyone a chance to take part and we encourage all our agents to get involved.”
