A new ski flight from Newcastle airport is being introduced by Tui for winter 2025-26.
The service to Sofia in Bulgaria will serve Crystal Ski Holidays’ programme.
Flights will run weekly on Saturdays from December 20 and will complement existing Gatwick, Dublin, Manchester and Birmingham services.
The route will help holidaymakers from the northeast reach Bulgarian ski resorts including Bankso, Pamporovo and Borovets.
The flights are available on both a flight-only basis, and as part of Crystal Ski Holidays packages.
Crystal Ski Holidays is offering a week’s half-board at the four-star Hotel Lion Bankso starting at £618 per person, based on two sharing, including flights from Newcastle to Sofia with Tui Airways and transfers departing on January 17, 2026. Return flights on the route lead in at £293.
